Synopsis

In Gunsmoke, Marshal Matt Dillon is a figure of authority in the rough and tumble town of Dodge City, where lawlessness often reigns. In this gripping episode, Dillon finds himself in a life-or-death situation when he is forced to shoot a drunken cowboy who threatens him. The act, though justified as self-defense, sets off a chain reaction of vengeance as the cowboy's brother, Howard Bulo, vows to kill Dillon for his brother's death.
