Synopsis

In The John Mooney Murder Case, Detective Danny Clover finds himself on the bustling streets of Broadway, a place filled with both vibrant life and hidden darkness. The case begins when a thousand-dollar bill, linked to a five-year-old robbery and murder, surfaces in the hands of Myron Grace, a seemingly ordinary man with a family. Grace's frantic protests of innocence and confusion set the stage for a deeper investigation into the origins of the bill and its connection to the notorious Les Chaney, who has just been released from prison after serving time for narcotics.
