Synopsis

In this gripping episode of Suspense titled "The Walls Came Tumbling Down," we follow newspaper columnist Darcy as he becomes embroiled in a mysterious and dangerous situation involving a priest named Father Walsh. The story begins with Darcy in his office, crafting his daily column when he is interrupted by his secretary, who announces that a priest is waiting to see him. Intrigued, Darcy invites the priest in, only to discover that it is Father Walsh, an old acquaintance from his childhood. Their reunion is quickly overshadowed by the urgency of Father Walsh's predicament. He reveals that he has been visited by a mysterious man who demanded Bibles marked with the letters 'EB.' This man, whom Walsh describes as threatening and deranged, has given him a chilling ultimatum: he has three days to find the Bibles, or else he will face dire consequences.
