Synopsis

In the chilling conclusion of Donovan's Brain, Dr. Patrick Corey finds himself ensnared in a web of obsession and moral conflict as he continues his audacious experiment to keep the brain of the deceased William Donovan alive in a jar. Six weeks have passed since he embarked on this unholy endeavor, and the brain, sustained by artificial means, has not only survived but has also developed enhanced cognitive abilities. Dr. Corey documents his findings meticulously in his case book, revealing a growing connection between himself and the brain, which he believes is attempting to communicate profound ideas that could alter the course of humanity.
