Synopsis
In The Hands of Death, we are introduced to Edward Morlock, a strange and reclusive collector of murder artifacts, who resides in San Francisco. The story begins on a foggy night, setting a tone of mystery and foreboding. Morlock is confined to a wheelchair, yet his mind is sharp and filled with a morbid fascination for the dark deeds of the past. As he prepares for a visit from local police inspector Tennant and his friend, criminologist Norman Smith, Morlock's past comes back to haunt him in the form of his brother Kane, who is rumored to be on a murderous quest for revenge.
