Synopsis
In A Murderous Revision, the tension builds around Christopher Turner, a scriptwriter who feels increasingly suffocated by the constraints of his job. He has spent two years crafting scripts for the radio show Murder Please, only to have his creative vision repeatedly undermined by his boss, Ken Avery. Frustrated and desperate, Christopher confronts Ken in the radio studio, where the atmosphere is thick with animosity and unresolved conflict. The conversation quickly escalates as Christopher accuses Ken of stifling his talent, claiming that every time he submits a script, Ken and the 'boys upstairs' hack it apart, stripping it of its essence. Ken, dismissive and weary of Christopher's theatrics, informs him that his contract is ending soon, and he should simply finish his last script and leave. This dismissal ignites a dangerous spark in Christopher, who is determined to prove the authenticity of his work by taking it to a horrifying extreme.
