Synopsis

In the gripping episode Over Drawn from the classic radio series Suspense, we meet Robert Farley, a seasoned bank teller who has devoted seventeen years of his life to the same monotonous job. Each day, he sits behind the counter, handling money and dreaming of a life beyond the confines of his dull routine. The weight of his unfulfilled desires grows heavier, leading him to a desperate act: embezzling $28,311 from the bank. Farley believes that this money will finally provide him with the freedom he craves, a chance to escape the drudgery of his existence. However, his plan is jeopardized when a new teller, Mr. Graves, begins his first day at the bank and inadvertently witnesses Farley’s crime.
