Synopsis

In The After Dinner Story, we find ourselves drawn into a tense and unsettling gathering at the home of Mr. Hardecker, a man mourning the recent murder of his son. The story unfolds with six men—strangers to one another—who were once trapped together in an elevator during the tragic incident that claimed the life of Hardecker's son. The atmosphere is thick with suspicion as they arrive for dinner, each man harboring his own secrets and fears about the past. Hardecker has invited them under the pretense of a dinner party, but his true intentions are far more sinister.
