Synopsis

In The Strange Death of Gordon Fitzroy, the narrative unfolds with Johnny, a recently released convict, stepping out into the cold November air after three and a half years of incarceration. His face, marred by a horrific scar, serves as a constant reminder of the betrayal he endured at the hands of his former friend, Gordy Fitzroy. As he navigates the gritty streets of New York City, Johnny is consumed by a singular, burning desire for revenge against the man who not only scarred his face but also ruined his life. The story captures Johnny's emotional turmoil as he grapples with the haunting memories of his imprisonment and the anger that has festered during his time behind bars.
