Synopsis
In the Gunsmoke episode The Choice, we meet Andy Hill, an outlaw determined to turn his life around. Arriving in Dodge City, he seeks honest work and soon finds an opportunity as a shotgun rider for a stagecoach. However, his past as an outlaw casts a long shadow over his intentions. Marshal Matt Dillon, the town's lawman, is wary of Andy, especially after witnessing a violent confrontation in the saloon where Andy intervenes to protect Kitty, a local woman. Despite his good intentions, Andy's quick draw raises questions about his suitability for the job.
