Synopsis

In The Round-Up, the annual round-up in Dodge City brings a mix of excitement and apprehension for Marshal Matt Dillon. With the sale season over, cowboys flood into town, eager to celebrate, but the potential for chaos looms large. Dillon knows that with so many rowdy men in one place, trouble is inevitable. Local businessmen express their concerns, urging Dillon to take action to prevent violence. They suggest he deputize a group of tough men to help maintain order, but Dillon is skeptical, fearing that such a move could escalate tensions instead of calming them.
