Synopsis
In The Seven Murder, Arnold Loomis, an editor at the News and Review Magazine, finds himself in a dire predicament after concocting a story about being robbed to cover his gambling losses. Loomis had planned a second honeymoon with his wife, but after losing their savings at the racetrack, he fabricates a robbery to explain the missing money. However, his lie spirals out of control when the police arrest Neil Denquist, a man who confesses to the crime Loomis invented.
