Synopsis
In the inaugural episode of Bold Venture, titled 'Deadly Merchandise', we find Slate Shannon, played by Humphrey Bogart, and his spirited companion Sailor, portrayed by Lauren Bacall, returning to Havana after a disappointing trip to Key West. They had been tasked with picking up a shipment of arms from a man named Scarn, but the cargo was never there.
