Synopsis
In the inaugural episode of 21st Precinct, we meet Captain Frank Cannelli, who is enjoying a rare evening out with his wife, Ellen. Their plans to watch a musical are abruptly interrupted when Cannelli receives a call from the precinct about a serious situation developing in the Bronx. Three bank robbers, recently escaped from a federal penitentiary, have reportedly taken refuge in an apartment, and the police are preparing to act.
