Synopsis
In the tranquil suburb of Hammersmith, London, Edward Mumrey leads an unremarkable life, characterized by routine and stability. At 48, he manages his estate business with his partner, Harold Brooks, while enjoying the simple pleasures of gardening and the companionship of his wife, Ethel.
