Synopsis
In The Kidnappers New Shoes, Chuck Morgan, a newscaster at KOP in Los Angeles, is accustomed to the grim realities of crime through his daily broadcasts. However, his hardened exterior is shattered when he receives a frantic call from his friend Fred Michaels, who reveals that his son Ricky has been kidnapped. Fred, a jovial jewelry store owner, is now a man on the edge, terrified for his son's safety. The kidnappers have made it clear that if Fred contacts the authorities, Ricky's life is in jeopardy.
