Synopsis
In The Face to Forget, private detective Philip Marlowe is drawn into a perplexing case when he is hired by Ellen Wyatt to find her boyfriend, Dave Stroud. Stroud has abruptly abandoned his life, leaving behind a promising job and a loving girlfriend. Marlowe's investigation begins at a shabby rooming house in East L.A., where he learns that Stroud had been staying under an alias.
