Synopsis
In Alibi for Murder, the story opens with Dave Whitman, an ordinary young man who arrives in town looking for work. However, his life takes a dark turn when he becomes the target of a gangland assassination attempt. Mistaken for the infamous gangster Steve Yeager, Dave is shot and left for dead. He is rescued by Steve's associates and taken to a warehouse where he meets the man whose life he has unwittingly stepped into.
