Synopsis
In Trail Across The Desert, the Lone Ranger and his loyal companion Tonto ride to the aid of old Clem Hardy, a pioneer whose ranch has been set ablaze by notorious outlaws Notch and Stag. As they arrive, they find Clem struggling to control the fire that has consumed his home. He reveals that the outlaws not only set the fire but also stole a significant amount of cash he had just received from selling his cattle. With the sheriff's posse already trailing the criminals, the Lone Ranger realizes that the outlaws have a significant advantage: they are heading into the desert, a place where the law cannot easily follow.
