Synopsis

In The Buffalo Hunters, Captain Lee Quince and his cavalry unit patrol the rugged terrain surrounding Fort Laramie, where they stumble upon a disturbing scene: a large number of buffalo have been slaughtered, leaving behind a gruesome display of waste. As Quince inspects the carcasses, he notes that the animals have been skinned and left to rot, a practice that contradicts the traditional hunting methods of the local tribes. This discovery raises immediate concerns about the presence of white buffalo hunters encroaching on Indian land.
