Synopsis

In The Army Mule, the Lone Ranger and Tonto ride into a tense situation at Camp Corbin, where Colonel Hannibal Wade faces a mutiny among his cavalry regiment. The soldiers are discontented, and the colonel's harsh disciplinary measures only exacerbate the problem. The situation becomes dire when Colonel Wade orders the destruction of Gunpowder, the regimental mascot mule, who has previously saved the lives of many soldiers during a surprise Indian attack. The mule, once a source of good luck and morale, is now seen as a nuisance by the colonel.
