Synopsis

In War Maneuver, George Valentine is drawn into a complex case when he learns that Simon Palchek, a meek toymaker, is in jail for a hit-and-run murder. The charge seems straightforward at first: Simon was found slumped over in his car, which was involved in the death of a young woman. However, George's instincts tell him that there is more to the story than meets the eye.
