Synopsis

In The Noose Hangs High, George Valentine receives an intriguing letter from Jade Spittkew, an editor eager to feature the enigmatic Binks brothers in his magazine. These recluses have not left their home since the tragic suicide of Ansel Fairweather a decade ago, a case that left them unfairly accused of murder. The mystery deepens with the mention of the Tover Emeralds, precious stones linked to Fairweather's death and rumored to be hidden within the brothers' mansion.
