Synopsis
In Pucket's New Year, Ira Pucket finds himself in a dire situation after losing his foot to frostbite, a result of being abandoned by Jed Larner in the harsh prairie. Feeling diminished and less than a man, Pucket's frustration and anger fester, leading him to contemplate a bank robbery in Dodge City. The story opens with U.S. Marshal Matt Dillon and Chester riding through the aftermath of a blizzard, where they encounter Pucket, who is struggling with his new reality.
