Synopsis
In The Big Friend, a seemingly straightforward murder case unfolds when Leonard Gray calls the police to report that his wife, Hazel, has been killed. The detectives, Joe Friday and Ben Romero, arrive at the scene to find a chaotic situation marked by Gray's disoriented demeanor and conflicting statements. As they begin their investigation, they quickly realize that the circumstances surrounding Hazel's death are far from clear. Gray's inability to recount the events consistently raises red flags, prompting the detectives to dig deeper into his story.
