Synopsis
In The Gift of Johnny Appleseed, we meet Link Barron, a young man with a restless spirit, who arrives in the untamed land of Illinois, eager to stake his claim and build a life of his own. He encounters Fleming Greenup, a local farmer, who offers him work and a glimpse into the life he could lead. Link's ambitions are clear; he dreams of larger fields and a prosperous future, inspired by the stories of pioneers who have come before him.
