Synopsis
In Skylark Song, we meet Grace Moore, a young girl with dreams as big as her talent. Set in 1917, the story begins in Delaco, Tennessee, where Grace sings in her church choir, captivating the congregation with her voice. Her father, however, is skeptical about her ambitions to become an opera singer, fearing the disgrace it might bring to the family. Despite his disapproval, Grace is inspired by a sermon about taking flight and decides to pursue her dreams, vowing to prove her father wrong.
