Synopsis
In Murder Arrangement, the story opens with Larry, a man in distress, struggling to fix a flat tire on a deserted road. His solitude is abruptly interrupted by a speeding car that nearly runs him down, leaving him shaken and convinced that Fred, a man recently paroled from prison, is out to kill him.
