Synopsis

In the episode All Damage Covered from The Whistler, we meet Maxine, a captivating singer whose performances at a bustling nightclub draw in crowds. However, beneath the glamorous facade lies a deep-seated conflict; she is married to Charlie, an invalid who has been dependent on her for two years. As she sings, the lyrics resonate with her own feelings of entrapment, and for the first time, she contemplates the cold notion of killing him.
