Synopsis

In the Whistler episode 'Comeback', we meet John Maynard, a once-renowned actor now reduced to a shadow of his former self. As he walks along Fifth Avenue, he is met with whispers and curious glances, reminders of his past glory on Broadway. John is desperate for a second chance and approaches producer Oliver Stanley, hoping to land a role in a new play. Despite his outdated clothes and a reputation marred by alcoholism, John is determined to convince Oliver that he has changed.
