Synopsis

Set in Paris at the turn of the century, The Bertillion Method follows the brilliant detective Alphonse Bertillon as he investigates a perplexing murder. The story begins with the discovery of a man's body, wrapped in tar paper and bound with rope, lying in a rain-soaked park. As Bertillon examines the scene, he notes the victim's soft hands and the peculiar wear on his shirt sleeve, suggesting he was an office worker. This detail sparks Bertillon's analytical mind, leading him to deduce that the victim was likely involved in a profession that required writing, hinting at a deeper story behind the murder.
