Synopsis
In Silver Annie, Britt Ponson rides into Virtue City, a town that seems to be fading into obscurity. The journey leads him over Bear Neck Mountain, where the clouds obscure his view until he reaches the city limits. Britt is hopeful about finding work with the railroad, but as he arrives, he quickly realizes that the town's glory days are long gone. The streets are lined with dilapidated buildings, and the once-bustling opera house now serves as an office for the railroad that may never come.
