Synopsis
In The Norths Buy a Letter, Mr. and Mrs. North are drawn into a tense murder investigation when their friend Albie Baker is accused of killing private detective Frank Anderson. The evidence against Albie appears overwhelming, and even his own lawyer expresses doubts about his story. The Norths, however, are convinced of Albie's innocence and are determined to prove it. The key to Albie's defense lies in a letter that Anderson supposedly wrote, which could exonerate him but has mysteriously vanished.
