Synopsis
In Land for the Railroad, Zeke Hackett is on the brink of losing everything he holds dear. Once a prosperous cattle rancher, Zeke now faces the harsh reality of poisoned waterholes on his land, a scheme orchestrated by the unscrupulous Duke Bradley. With his cattle dying and his financial situation deteriorating, Zeke is forced to consider selling Cedar Valley, his last remaining asset, at a price far below its true value. His wife, Martha, urges him to accept Bradley's offer, but Zeke's instincts tell him something is amiss.
