Synopsis

In the Lone Ranger episode titled Infernal Machine, the story opens with a sense of foreboding as a group of criminals, led by the devious Tick Tock, prepares a time bomb intended for a stagecoach robbery. They plan to use the explosive device to create chaos and seize the cash being transported. The scene is set in a secluded clearing in the Texas plains, where Tick Tock explains his intricate plan to his accomplices, Pecos and Cliff. The tension mounts as they set the bomb to explode just minutes after the stage leaves the nearby town of Murano.
