Synopsis
In The Outcast, the Lone Ranger and his faithful companion Tonto arrive in San Jose, where they are met with an unsettling silence—the mission bells that once rang out to provide aid to the needy have not sounded in nearly two years. The community is suffering from both a flood and a drought, leaving many without food or shelter as winter approaches. The duo learns from the local Padre that the mission has been unable to help due to the greed of a syndicate that has taken control of the Esmeralda mine, once a source of support for the mission and the townsfolk.
