Synopsis

In The Placid Dutchman, the Lone Ranger rides into a region plagued by the criminal activities of Dutch Van Horn, a deceptively calm outlaw whose reputation is growing. Van Horn, with his easy Dutch accent and unassuming appearance, manages to fool many into believing he is just a simple settler. However, he leads a gang that has been robbing banks and stagecoaches, taking advantage of the trust placed in him by the local populace.
