Synopsis
In The Refugee Bandit, the Lone Ranger and his loyal companion Tonto ride into the town of Rockton, where they have learned that the notorious bandit Pancho Madura is hiding. Pancho, a former bandit chief from across the border, is desperate for money after his men have been captured and a bounty has been placed on his head. As he sits in a café with two accomplices, they discuss their dire financial situation and brainstorm a plan to make a fortune through nefarious means.
