Synopsis
In For of Such Is the Kingdom, the small Texas town of Flintrock is thrown into turmoil with the arrival of a young girl, the granddaughter of the recently deceased Dave Pickens. The townsfolk, led by the wealthy and domineering Arabella Minters, are divided over the fate of the orphaned child. Arabella, who has her own plans for the girl, insists on sending her back to an orphanage in St. Louis, believing it to be the best course of action. However, the sheriff, Jake Benton, and others in the community are reluctant to abandon the child, recognizing her need for care and belonging.
