Synopsis
In Hadley Arrests Belco, Jerry and Mr. Hadley are on the hunt for evidence against Belko, a circus performer who has been acting suspiciously. Mr. Hadley has been unable to find anything concrete to arrest Belko, despite Jerry's insistence that he saw Belko with a known criminal, Tornetti.
