Synopsis
In the episode Rescue at Sea from Incredible but True, we meet Captain Aydian Christian, who is navigating the British India on a journey from Sydney to Rangoon in September 1880. As he lies in his bunk, he is troubled by a recurring dream that he has experienced twice in his life, separated by forty-seven years. In this dream, he sees a ship sinking and believes he must rescue its survivors, who include his own family. The dream's vividness and the word 'family' etched in his mind compel him to take action.
