Synopsis
In The Big Key, detectives Joe Friday and Frank Smith are faced with a troubling case of escalating robberies in Los Angeles. Over the course of five weeks, a single thief has managed to rob twelve drugstores, taking not only cash but also valuable narcotics. With the robber's identity still unknown and no leads to follow, the pressure mounts on the detectives to solve the case before more stores are targeted.
