Synopsis
In Star and Shield, we are introduced to Officer Bill Campbell, who patrols the streets of Union City, New Jersey. His routine is interrupted when he encounters a young girl named Margaret, who is standing on a street corner, seemingly lost and out of place. As he engages her in conversation, it becomes clear that she is not in school and is instead wandering the streets, prompting Officer Campbell to question her about her situation.
