Synopsis

In The Life of Louis Pasteur, we are introduced to the brilliant chemist Louis Pasteur, who is determined to revolutionize the understanding of disease in 19th century France. Despite his groundbreaking work, Pasteur faces fierce opposition from the established medical community, particularly from prominent physicians who dismiss his theories as radical and unfounded. The tension escalates as Pasteur warns the court of the dangers posed by unclean medical practices and the invisible microbes that breed disease. His impassioned pleas fall on deaf ears, as the court prioritizes tradition over scientific innovation.
