Synopsis

In Inflationary Language, Victor Borge takes the stage with his signature blend of humor and linguistic creativity. He introduces the concept of inflationary language, a playful invention designed to reflect the economic phenomenon of inflation through the manipulation of words. Borge explains how, as prices and numbers rise, so too can the language we use to describe them. By infusing words with numerical values, he sets the stage for a comedic exploration of language and economics.
