In Trouble-Shooting, the Lone Ranger and his faithful companion Tonto ride through the Indian Head Hills, observing a railroad crew's progress on their expansion westward. However, their peaceful ride is interrupted when they spot a group of armed Indians heading toward the tracks. The masked man realizes that trouble is brewing, as the Indians open fire on the railroad workers below. The Lone Ranger and Tonto quickly intervene, but the attack raises questions about the motivations behind the violence.
