Synopsis
In The Reinforcements, the Lone Ranger and his faithful companion Tonto find themselves summoned to assist a troop of United States Cavalry. Major Adams, the commanding officer, is concerned about signs of unrest among the Comanche tribe, led by Big Eagle, who are rumored to be receiving supplies of rifles and ammunition. The major's urgent dispatch to the Lone Ranger indicates that the cavalry is at risk of an ambush as they make their way to Fort Leighton. The stakes are raised when it becomes clear that the colonel's daughter, Sally Harvey, is also on the journey, adding a personal dimension to the mission.
