Synopsis
In the Lone Ranger episode Backtrail, Corporal Mike Alice finds himself unexpectedly thrust into a dangerous situation. After two telegraph operators at Piney Bluff are murdered, Colonel Graves assigns Mike to keep the station running, a task he feels ill-prepared for. Despite his doubts about his telegraph skills, he is determined to fulfill his duty, even as he worries about the notorious Rio Scobie gang, who are rumored to be on the move.
