Synopsis
In Singapore's Peg Leg, we are introduced to Jed Tully and his wife, Ida, who are struggling to make ends meet on their small ranch near Frontier Town. Their lives take a dramatic turn when Ida receives a letter from her uncle, Singapore Smith, who wishes to come and live with them. Initially, Jed is resistant to the idea, concerned about the financial burden Uncle Singapore might impose. However, Ida is excited about the prospect, especially since Uncle Singapore has promised to pay for his keep and hinted at an inheritance.
