Synopsis

In The Rainmaker, the town of Greenville is gripped by a severe drought, leaving the residents parched and desperate. The oppressive heat has drained the life from the land, and the townspeople are at their wits' end, struggling to find enough water to survive. Amidst this dire situation, Barnaby Boggs arrives, claiming to be a rainmaker who can bring relief within 24 hours. Despite the skepticism of the Lone Ranger, who warns the townsfolk about the dangers of trusting such promises, the community is tempted by Boggs's offer.
